M2e Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the m2e platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by m2e through our website or application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the m2e platform.
Your continued use of this platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. m2e reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
The m2e platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the m2e platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. m2e reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Failure to provide the requested information may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the m2e support team immediately at [email protected].
- Accounts may not be shared or transferred to any other party.
- Users must ensure their personal information is kept up to date at all times.
- The use of automated software or bots to access accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the m2e platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). m2e accepts a variety of payment methods, including online banking, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated, depending on the payment method selected. If a deposit is not received within the expected period, please contact our support team with complete proof of transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the policies and timelines set by m2e. m2e reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Requests that meet all requirements will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform.
M2e reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws in Malaysia. In such cases, m2e reserves the right to report the activity to the relevant authorities.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
M2e platform users agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the platform's integrity, the safety of other users, or the interests of m2e. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, tools, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion or manipulation of game outcomes in any manner.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the m2e platform.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation, or attempting to obtain another user's login credentials.
- Using a false identity or providing inaccurate information during registration or in any communication with m2e.
M2e reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, credit cancellation, or legal proceedings.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
M2e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes. All games carry inherent risk, and users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure
M2e reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for operational reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, m2e reserves the right to withhold any remaining credit balance as compensation. Users whose accounts are closed for breaching these terms are not permitted to re-register without prior written consent from m2e.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the m2e platform are the exclusive property of m2e or parties that have licensed them to m2e. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written permission from m2e.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The m2e platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. m2e has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from their use. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before engaging with it.
Changes to These Terms
M2e reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to their use of the m2e platform in their area.
